The Ministry is responsible for coordinating Saint Vincent and the Grenadines' relations with foreign governments, as well as regional and international organizations. It seeks to create opportunities for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the field of foreign trade through the negotiation and monitoring of the relevant agreements and treaties.
Cenio Lewis Education Bursaries
The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce, Sir Louis Straker, held a ceremony to distribute bursaries from the Cenio Lewis Education Fund to various students throughout the state.
A National Export Strategy on The Way for St. Vincent and the Grenadines
St. Vincent and the Grenadines will soon have a National Export Strategy as at December 2019. The project has been in the pipeline since 2004, however, due to lack of funding could not take off until now. To this end, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce officially launched the consultancy to develop this country’s National Export Strategy.
National Export Strategy for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce, officially launched a consultancy to develop a National Export Strategy for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The launch was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' conference room on Tuesday, 23rd July, 2019.
Team leader and EU Delegate was Ms. Andrea Serpagli. The other consultant was Mr. Michael Seepersaud.
