On Thursday, 25th January, 2024, His Excellency Gareth Bynoe presented a Style Copy of his Letter of Credence to Her Excellency Gisela Padovan, Secretary of Latin America and Caribbean Affairs at the Itamaraty Palace, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, commencing the accreditation process as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federative Republic of Brazil.

In completion of the process, on 31st January, 2024, H.E. Mr. Gareth Bynoe, Ambassador of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Ambassador Bynoe has now completed the accreditation process as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federative Republic of Brazil with residency in Caracas.

The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil continue to deepen bilateral and multi-lateral relations.
