Ambassadors and officials from foreign countries working in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are required to have their passports endorsed. A diplomatic note or official letter is sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with the passport.

A memorandum is prepared and forwarded to the Cabinet Secretary.

After approval is obtained from the Cabinet Secretary, the passport is forwarded under memo to the Chief Immigration  Officer for endorsement.

After endorsement the passport is forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for onward transmission to the various embassies officials.
