His Excellency Christophe Eick, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, made an official visit to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from October 25th, 2023 to October 27th, 2023.

On Wednesday, 25th October, 2023, His Excellency Christophe Eick presented Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Dame Susan Dougan, GCMG, OBE, Governor General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at Government House. Ambassador Eick also had courtesy calls Dr. the Hon. Ralph E. Gonsalves; Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Hon. Dr. Godwin Friday; Leader of the New Democratic Party at the Democratic House in Kingstown. During his visit, His Excellency Christophe Eick celebrated Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ 44th anniversary of independence by attending the annual Independence Day Parade.

The Governments of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Federal Republic of Germany established diplomatic ties on December 12th, 1980 and have enjoyed a cordial relationship over the years.
