The Ministry takes this opportunity to inform that His Excellency Gareth Bynoe, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Caracas, presented his Letter of Credence to His Excellency Nicolás Maduro, President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on Monday July 25, 2022, thus completing the process of accreditation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Ambassador Bynoe greeted with a welcome parade prior to presentation of His Letters of Credence.
On Monday July 18, 2022, His Excellency Gareth Bynoe, Ambassador of Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela presented a Style Copy of his Letter of
Credence to His Excellency Carlos Faria, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of
Venezuela.
