The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs wishes to inform the public that a Consular Officer from the U.S. Embassy will be available, by appointment only, to accept applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad.

The Consular Officer will be at the Blue Lagoon Hotel and Marina, Ratho Mill, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, on Wednesday, October 14, and Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please note that all applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad must be paid for online in advance. Each applicant is required to schedule an appointment through the following link: https://bb.usembassy.gov/consular-outreach-visits-for-u-s-citizen-services.

The embassy regrets that it will be unable to accommodate walk-in applicants or persons accompanying individuals who have scheduled appointments.
