Mission Statement
To research, analyse and advise on the formulation of Foreign and Trade policy and to coordinate the implementation of these policies through the most efficient and effective use of available human and financial resources for the sustainable development of St.Vincent and the Grenadines.

- Feed into Regional Consensus Building Mechanism for negotiation.
- Dissimilate and capture information to and from the private sector.
- Act as Government’s chief negotiator on trade-related issues.
