Welcome to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. The Ministry is responsible for coordinating Saint Vincent and the Grenadines' relations with foreign governments, as well as regional and international organizations. It seeks to create opportunities for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the field of foreign trade through the negotiation and monitoring of the relevant agreements and treaties.
Vincentian students at the Caribbean Maritime University in Venezuela, Ms. Methlyn Gill and Ms. Decolia Adams, graduated on Thursday 30th November, with Bachelor's Degrees in Management of International Trade. Both students were receipients of scholarships provided by the Government of the Bolivirian Republic of Venezuela.
The Ministry of External Affairs – Foreign Service Institute in New Delhi India hosted a special two-week course for diplomats from within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). The course commenced on Monday 13th November and continued through to Friday 24th November.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce, was the proud recipient of thirty five (35), Asus computers, donated by the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The computers were distributed to eighteen (18) Educational Institutions across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
