On Monday, January 19, 2026, Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretary-General, Dr. Carla Barnett, met with the Minister and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs at the Ministry’s Conference Room.
