On Friday, February 18th, 2022, a Mexican aircraft landed at the Argyle International Airport carrying ten thousand (10,000) doses of the Aztrazeneca vaccine to donate to the Government and People of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from the Government of Mexico to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade hosts an Essay Writing Competition which targets the youth of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to hone their research and writing abilities while gaining in-depth knowledge on local, regional, and international affairs and events via research and applicability to their lives, as well as to the Vincentian society.
