Welcome to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce. The Ministry is responsible for coordinating Saint Vincent and the Grenadines' relations with foreign governments, as well as regional and international organizations. It seeks to create opportunities for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the field of foreign trade through the negotiation and monitoring of the relevant agreements and treaties.
On September 26, 2015, Dr. the Honourable Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines signed a Memorandum of Agreement and a Contract of Resources related to the Cumberland Bridges Reconstruction and River Embankment Protection Project. This project is funded by the Government of Mexico under the Infrastructure Fund for Mesoamerica and the Caribbean under the supervision of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
Japanese Exchange Teaching Programme
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce, invites Vincentians to apply for the Japanese Exchange Teaching Programme 2018/2019.
The Programme provides an enriching opportunity for Vincentians to work in Japan. The ideal candidates will be required to assist in the instruction of the English Language in the City of Minamiboso, Chiba Prefecture. Please see relevant documents below. (Deadline: 15th March 2018)

Member States and Associate Members are asked to assist by arranging for the advertisements to be brought to the attention of those persons who may be interested and for copies of the advertisements to be circulated in the relevant Ministries, Departments and Organisations.
