His Excellency Yuri Pimentel, Resident Ambassador of Venezuela to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Her Excellency Vilma Reyes Valdespino, Resident Ambassador of Cuba to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, presented their credentials to His Excellency Sir Frederick Ballantyne, Governor General of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday 18th January, 2016 at Government House at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively.

The Ambassadors made courtesy calls on Prime Minister, the Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and on Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade, Commerce and Regional Integration, Hon. Sir Louis Straker.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines established diplomatic relations with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on October 29, 1981 and with the Republic of Cuba on May 26, 1992.
